How do I make a Reservation with FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com?

It’s easy! You may book our services by using our Reservation Booking Form or via e-mail.

Do I need a credit card to complete my reservation?

You will be asked to provide us with a 30% deposit via PayPal card through the secure server in order to complete and secure your booking. Your PayPal account will be charged a 30% advance on the total amount of the tour.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a booking confirmation voucher attached. Please make sure you will have it printed/saved in your email on the day of the service.

Are the rates per person?

No. Prices are per vehicle. Participants of each group can share the cost.

What is the difference between the Shore excursions offered by the Cruise line and yours?

All services offered by FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com are private and tailor-made according to the passengers’ needs and interests.

Our tours offer you the personal touch, customized itineraries. You can always choose to book a licensed guide for an even more unique and complete guided sightseeing experience inside archaeological sites and museums. Our Licensed Guides have  further professional & academic qualifications  and able to offer qualified interpretation of the Greek culture. Our services cannot be compared with the ones offered by the Cruise lines, since our local experience in Greece, our business expertise in private tours and transportation services, our acute eye for detail and our professionalism make our offered services of exceptional quality.

If I need a service in a few hours, can I still make a reservation?

Yes, you can by simply sending us an e-mail, or call us. All our e-mails/phone calls are answered almost immediately by our team.  We will do our best to cover for you on time!

How do we meet with you or your driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the public lounge of the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name right outside the baggage claim area. It is good to know that passengers need approximately 20-30 minutes from the time the aircraft has landed till the time they collect their luggage and finally meet their private driver at the public lounge of the arrivals hall.

In case you have missed your flight, please be so kind to contact us by phone at +30-6970-026-750 or via e-mail at info@fourSeasonsGreeceTours.com as soon as possible, in order to reschedule your service with no extra cost.

Please notice that if you lost your flight, it is your responsibility to let us know immediately. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply. Please see cancellation policy.

Port                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Piraeus port has two Cruise Terminals – Terminal A and Terminal B (also known as ‘Themistocles’). If your Ship docks at Terminal A, please exit the terminal door at the customs building. The driver will be holding a sign under your name.
If your ship docks at Terminal B (and the terminal door is open), just go through the terminal and your driver will meet you there.
However, if the terminal door is closed then please take the shuttle bus, a 3-minute ride (the shuttle bus is in front of your ship).
Continue to Terminal A which is where your driver will meet you with a sign.

Train station

Arriving at the station, just as you come down from the train, you’ll see a person with a sign with your name right on the platform where the train pulls in.

How much should we tip?

Tips in Greece are not mandatory. They are left at the clients’ discretion and they are very well accepted. 10-20% of the amount paid for the service is a common rule.

Will we be charged if our cruise ship does not dock?

No. As mentioned on our cancelation policy, in case that your ship does not dock in Piraeus, for any reason, no cancelation fees will be applied. Moreover, to make things easy for you  our services will be automatically rescheduled for the date of your Cruise ship arrival at the Port.

Can we charge our cell phones during the tour?

Yes, of course. In fourSeasonsGreeceTours.com we make great efforts to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while on board with us. We would never omit to offer you this small but essential necessity! For this reason, all our vehicles are equipped with a cell phone, iPhone, tablet and IPad chargers.

Do you offer WiFi?

Yes, all our vehicles offer free WiFi

Do you offer multi language licensed tour guides?

FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com offers private guided tours in a number of languages such as but not limited to English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian and Japanese.  Please feel free to ask for on speaking your native language.

What if my flight, ship, the train is delayed?

There is no reason to worry about it. In FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com we monitor continuously the flight-, ship- and train- information, in order to keep ourselves updated about the latest changes. For this reason, it is of great importance to have been provided with the exact passengers’ travelling information (e.g. flight number).  No matter how long the delay is, your driver will wait for you with NO additional charge.
