Payment/Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

In order to finalize your reservation a 30% deposit is required.

We accept Deposit Payment only via Credit Card or via PayPal.

You can pay off the balance using a credit card or cash in euros at the end of the service tour to your driver. 

The online reservation system used by FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com features secure server technology in order to ensure full encryption of your data and provide maximum security transmission over the Internet.

Cancellation policy 

If you cancel your reservation five ( 5 ) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the private tour, the full amount of your payment will be refunded.  

If you cancel 4 – 1 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the private tour, 50% of your down payment will be refunded.

The payment is non-refundable for no show and for cancellation made at any time less than one ( 1 ) day.

Confirmation of Reservation

After booking with FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the instructions needed as per date & time of service, the kind of service booked, a payment confirmation, the meeting point etc.

Please review and verify your booking confirmation voucher thoroughly and contact FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com at  info@fourseasonsgreecetours.com immediately if your voucher appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later.

FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, FourSeasonsGreeceTours.com reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
